How To Order
Step 1 - Say Hello
Get in touch through our order form or use the e-mail address provided below.
Please provide us with the following information:
- Garments: T-shirts, hoodies etc. Supply us with the product code from the catalogue if available. You can order multiple types of garments together.
- Quantity: How many items you'd like. Please include any different sizes & colours you may have selected.
- Artwork: Ideally we would like vector artwork e.g .AI, .EPS, .CDR or exported as .PDF. If unavailable we do accept hi res .JPG, .PNG and .TIF.
- Design: How you'd like the items to be designed.
Step 2 - Design & Quote
Once we have all the information required for your order we will create a design and price up a quote.
We will provide a digital preview of your items to make sure you are happy with the design.
If you require any changes we can amend the preview accordingly until you are happy and ready to move forward.
Step 3 - Payment
Now that the design has been approved we'll send an invoice with details of how to pay.
Please note that we can only start your order once payment has been confirmed.
Step 4 - Completion
Once payment is confirmed we'll begin producing your order.
We will give you an estimated time frame on when your order will be completed. Times may vary depending on how many ordered are being processed at once.
